This PrintShop is owned and run by Internova UK Ltd. If you buy goods from this PrintShop you are buying them from Internova UK Ltd. Internova UK Ltd is responsible for maintaining PrintShop content and for fulfilling online orders on behalf of our affiliates, who receive commission from each sale.
Please read through these terms and conditions and if you do not agree with them do not use this PrintShop. If you do access the PrintShop, and / or place an order, by doing so you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.
How to Order:
All orders must be placed online through the website using the shopping basket facility provided. Please do not e-mail your card details to us directly. We can’t take responsibility for the security of your card details if given this way.
All products on this website are priced in pounds sterling, US Dollars and Euros. For sales delivered to UK addresses prices include VAT at 20%. Postage is extra and dependant on the destination country of the order. The details of these costs can be found in the Postage section of this website.
Unfortunately we do not accept orders from the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Morocco, Turkey, Yugoslavia and Indonesia
Method of Payment:
You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Switch or Delta. We are unable to accept Electron cards, cheques, cash, or postal orders through the website. Orders will only be processed if you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card together with the postcode / zip code that appears on your card statement. No responsibility can be taken by Internova UK Ltd for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website.
Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
Goods are delivered by first class Royal Mail, and we aim to dispatch within 3 working days following receipt of your order. The maximum period for delivery is 30 days unless specifically agreed with you separately.

Out of Stock:
It is our aim to maintain stock of all items shown on the website. If any item you have chosen is unavailable you will be contacted via e-mail and given the choice to select an alternative product, or to wait until the items are available for dispatch.
If you have ordered a number of products and one or more of these is out of stock, your delivery note will indicate a part order and goods marked ‘To Follow’ will be forwarded automatically as soon as they are available.
Return of Goods:
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) within 30 days after receiving the goods if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. In this event please contact Customer Services by e-mailing email@example.com before returning items to:

Items must be unused / unworn and must be accompanied by the original delivery note. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods intended for a refund reach us safely and in their original condition. We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery. Due to the print-to-order nature of the business we do not give refunds or exchanges if you wish to return an item because you have ordered incorrectly, or it is no longer required. Due to this, we recommend that you double check your order details before confirming payment.
Refunds (including our delivery charge) will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase. For faulty or incorrect items we will refund any reasonable costs that you have incurred returning the goods to us. This will be paid by cheque which will be sent to you by post.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We aim to meet the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations. The majority of our products are printed to order (customised). We do not allow orders for customised goods to be cancelled once we have produced the goods to your specification. However, at our discretion, there are some circumstances where we may offer to refund the cost of a customised product. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, in the first instance, should you wish to cancel an order for a customised item.
For non-customised goods, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel your order please contact Customer Services by emailing email@example.com as soon as possible, but at the latest within 7 days of receiving your goods. If you have already received the goods you must return them following the instructions detailed above. Refunds (excluding delivery charge) will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase. Refunds are not given for the cost of return postage for un-wanted goods.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be sent to Customer Services by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you may telephone Customer Services on 0870 012 9199, between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We aim to acknowledge any complaint made through the website by email within 5 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. Telephone complaints will not necessarily be acknowledged by email prior to investigation. Our acknowledgement will always include the name of the person who is handling your case. A likely timescale for resolution will be provided upon request, but this timescale will be dependent upon the specific nature of the complaint.

Internova UK Ltd is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We use this information for website maintenance, order fulfillment and customer services purposes only. Internova UK Ltd will not give your personal information to any secondary organisations or use it for any purposes other than those stated in these terms and conditions.
To place an order we request contact information for order fulfillment and customer services purposes (such as name, email address, delivery address and telephone number). The information that we collect may be used to contact you in case of difficulty in processing an order or to investigate customer services issues. Internova UK Ltd takes precautions to protect users' information. The servers on which we collect and store personal information are kept in a secure environment. Financial information (such as credit card number and expiry date) is collected and held securely by HSBC (www.hsbc.com) on our behalf. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill customers' orders. No financial information is stored on our servers or those of our Partners.
You may be asked whether you would like to opt in to receive further information from Internova UK Ltd in the form of an email newsletter. This requires contact information such as name and email address to be retained by us for this purpose. Users who no longer wish to receive further information may unsubscribe to opt-out of receiving these communications by contacting Customer Services by emailing email@example.com.
