These items may be returned within 7 days of the order being completed. If unused and in a resalable condition a full refund will be given. It is your responsibility to ensure that any returned items reach us safely and in good condition.

Customised Goods
We create our products to the highest standard and we hope you'll love them as much as we do, but just in case, here's where we stand if something goes wrong:
If the products you receive from us are faulty then we will be happy to either promptly replace the item, or refund you in full through the card which the goods were purchased. We would ask that any faulty goods are returned to us before issuing a refund.
As most of our goods are printed to order we do not offer a standard refund or exchange service on items, if you simply change your mind about wanting them.

DVD’s and Posters
These items may be returned within 7 days of the order being completed if unused. A full refund will be given.
Goods can be returned for a full refund (including delivery charge) within 30 days after receiving the goods if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. In this event please contact Customer Services by e-mailing business@sumo-dojo.com before returning items to:

DVDs and posters must be unused (unless faulty) and must be accompanied by the original delivery note. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods intended for a refund reach us safely and in their original condition. We recommend that you send goods by recorded delivery.
Refunds
Refunds (including our delivery charge) will be made to the card which you originally used for the purchase. For faulty or incorrect items we will refund any reasonable costs that you have incurred returning the goods to us. This will be paid by cheque which will be sent to you by post.
